Custom trips offer flexibility in dates, destinations, and activities. Share your group size, budget, and wildlife interests, and we’ll research a suitable route and local partners.

Planning can include accommodation, guided activities, and in-country logistics. The proposal will explain what is included and who will lead each part of the trip.

Timeline

Start the conversation as early as you can, especially for international expeditions or larger groups. Reach out even if your timeline is tight and we'll tell you what's possible.

Pricing

Custom trips are priced individually based on destination, length, and group size. You'll always get a clear estimate before you commit to anything.

Group size

Private trips can be any size. Small group trips stay intentionally small and personal.

First, we'll talk about where you want to go, what you care about, your budget, and how you like to travel. Then I'll do the research, talk to local partners when it makes sense, and come back with an outline before anything gets booked.

I won't add a wildlife stop, hotel, or activity just because everyone else does it. If I think something is a bad fit, I'll tell you why and suggest something else.
